朋友李华芳先生最近写道：“比方说，你捐了款，但是耗费在一帮莫名其妙的人手里，未能最后抵达灾区，不免令人心寒；或者你的钱到了灾区了，但是你捐了1000到达灾区的不足两位数，那捐款效率也很低；或者你捐了钱了，但是被用于购买一堆变质过期的方便面投放到了灾区（问问98年洪水区的那些灾民）。出现上述几种情况，那么你的钱就相当于打水漂了。”

 

 

这，正如大家都知道，并非是“过虑”之言。我个人选择了杜可名女士的“Pass Love”慈善基金，并以我个人的诚信来吁求我所有的朋友，通过PLP来安心地传递您内心的关爱。
